When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, emergency contact details, and optional medical information. When you book, we record your booking details and payment information is handled securely by Square.

Why We Collect It

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (managing bookings and running the equestrian centre) and consent (for medical information). Emergency contact details are collected for your safety during equestrian activities.

How We Store It

Your data is stored securely in our database. Medical information is optional and only visible to centre administrators. Payment card details are never stored on our servers — all payments are processed by Square.

Your Rights

You can view and update your data via your profile page. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We retain your data while your account is active.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the booking system to function. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
